Using the site

Useful Tools provides free, browser-based utilities. You may use them for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, without an account. Don't abuse the site — no scraping at volumes that degrade service, no attempts to interfere with its operation, and no framing the tools to misrepresent their origin.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Conversions, calculations, and generated output are offered in good faith but may contain errors — verify anything important against an authoritative source. Timesheet and pay figures are estimates, not payroll or legal advice; passport-photo output must be checked against your country's official requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site — including losses caused by relying on a tool's output.

Intellectual property

The site's design, copy, and code are our property. Output you create with the tools (palettes, generated names, processed images) is yours to use freely, commercially or otherwise.
